Returns and refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Exchange requests will be accepted only in the following cases:
If there is a size issue, or
If the product received is damaged or defective
β οΈ Exchange requests based on reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, color variation, or personal preference will not be accepted.
Exchange is completely free of cost
The courier charges for dispatching the exchanged product will be paid by Avishkar Culture as a complimentary service
Customers do not need to pay anything for the exchange shipment
If return pickup service is available at the customerβs pincode, Avishkar Culture will arrange the pickup
If return pickup service is not available at the customerβs pincode:
The customer must self-ship the product to our address
Return courier charges must be paid by the customer
These charges are non-refundable
Avishkar Culture will not be able to assist with courier booking in such cases
The complete exchange process may take up to 10 days
The exchanged product will be dispatched only after the original product is received by us
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5β6 working days
If the selected size or product is temporarily out of stock:
The customer may need to wait until the product becomes available
In rare cases, this waiting period may extend up to 25 days
