πŸ“Œ Exchange Only Policy (No Return / No Refund)

Avishkar Culture follows a strict Exchange-Only policy.
Returns and refunds are not available under any circumstances.


βœ… When Is Exchange Allowed?

Exchange requests will be accepted only in the following cases:

  1. If there is a size issue, or

  2. If the product received is damaged or defective

⚠️ Exchange requests based on reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, color variation, or personal preference will not be accepted.


πŸ†“ Exchange Charges

  • Exchange is completely free of cost

  • The courier charges for dispatching the exchanged product will be paid by Avishkar Culture as a complimentary service

  • Customers do not need to pay anything for the exchange shipment


🚚 Return Pickup Process

  • If return pickup service is available at the customer’s pincode, Avishkar Culture will arrange the pickup

  • If return pickup service is not available at the customer’s pincode:

    • The customer must self-ship the product to our address

    • Return courier charges must be paid by the customer

    • These charges are non-refundable

    • Avishkar Culture will not be able to assist with courier booking in such cases


⏳ Exchange Process Timeline

  • The complete exchange process may take up to 10 days

  • The exchanged product will be dispatched only after the original product is received by us

  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–6 working days


πŸ“¦ Product & Size Availability

  • If the selected size or product is temporarily out of stock:

    • The customer may need to wait until the product becomes available

    • In rare cases, this waiting period may extend up to 25 days

  • We assure you that we will make every possible effort to minimize delays and provide the best service
